Terms of Service

Phantom ("we", "our", "the Service") is a web-based UX analysis platform operated at phantom.jocoding.io. Phantom uses AI-powered personas to simulate user behavior on publicly accessible web pages, generating heatmaps, scroll depth maps, session insights, and UX recommendations.

By accessing or using Phantom, you ("you", "the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Phantom. Free-tier usage does not require account creation. Paid plans require a valid email address and payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs to sites you do not own or have authorization to test.
• Use Phantom to analyze pages containing illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or analysis pipeline.
• Resell or redistribute Phantom analysis data as a competing service.
• Abuse the free tier through multiple accounts, fingerprint manipulation, or automated signups.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Free tier: 2 lifetime analyses with limited features. No payment required.

Paid plans: Billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7-day refund guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. No questions asked.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes do not affect active billing periods.

Our IP: The Phantom platform, AI models, analysis pipeline, and branding are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our source code, models, or proprietary technology.

Your content: You retain all rights to the URLs you submit and the websites they point to. We do not claim ownership of your sites or their content.

Analysis output: Heatmaps, scores, and recommendations generated by Phantom are yours to use, share, and export without restriction.

We do not store your site content beyond the duration of an analysis session. Analysis results are stored in your account and encrypted at rest. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Phantom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated heatmaps and UX recommendations are simulations, not guarantees of real user behavior. We do not warrant that analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phantom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using Phantom at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to access stored analysis results expires 30 days after your last billing period ends.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Phantom after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
